Edmonson, Superintendent TROOP C- NEWS RELEASE For Immediate Release Date: December 11, 2008 UPDATE 10:30 AM Winter Weather Driving/Road Conditions in Troop C Area Troop C- All roadways in the Troop C area have been re-opened at this time. Bridges that were closed at some point that have now been re-opened: Sunshine Bridge Veterans Memorial Bridge Des Allemands Bridge As more information becomes available, it will be passed on. Please refrain from driving in this weather if you can. Don’t go out in this weather just to sight see. Roadway conditions can deteriorate rapidly and it is just not safe to be on the roadways if you can avoid it.
