| LOUISIANA STATE POLICE COURTESY LOYALTY SERVICE TROOP C- NEWS RELEASE For Immediate Release Date: March 31, 2008 Thibodaux Man Critically Injured After Being Ejected in Single Vehicle Crash in Thibodaux, LA On Sunday, March 31, 2008 at approximately 5:25 pm, a single vehicle crash on LA 308 in north Thibodaux left a Thibodaux man critically injured after he was thrown from his vehicle. The driver was not wearing a seat belt when his vehicle overturned in a ditch. Allan Millen (W/M/44, of Thibodaux, LA) was operating his white 2003 Chevrolet Silverado northbound on LA 308 when he failed to safely negotiate a left curve in the roadway. He ran off the roadway to the right where he impacted a ditch and overturned. He was transported to Thibodaux Regional in critical condition. Alcohol-use is suspected; however, the results of the blood test are pending from the LSP Crime Lab. Trooper Ruben Brown is the investigating trooper and is continuing his investigation. Note: On March 21, 2008, Allan Millen was involved in a separate crash in which resulted in a trooper arresting him for DWI and Hit & Run. This crash occurred in Raceland, LA.
