Narcotics Arrests in Terrebonne Parish
February 14, 2008
On February 12th and 13th , the Louisiana State Police Narcotics Division, with the assistance of the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office, arrested eight individuals in this joint investigation targeting methamphetamine sales in the Troop C area.

Troopers received information that Blake Falcon, Ryan Simoneaux, Jessica Talbot, and Ashley Johnson were traveling to Terrebonne Parish from Assumption Parish to pick up a supply of methamphetamine. Troopers and deputies established surveillance on the above named suspects and conducted a traffic stop on them in Schriever, LA. During a consensual search of the vehicle, approximately 7.5 grams of methamphetamine was discovered with a street-value of $750.00. All of the above subjects were arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine. Falcon was turned over to Assumption Parish authorities due to numerous arrest warrants in his name for Issuing Worthless Checks and Forgery.

During the investigation, troopers received information that James Windwehen was in possession of a supply of methamphetamine at his residence. Windwehen’s residence is located at 207 Gabi Ct. in Theriot, LA. Troopers and deputies traveled to the residence and met with Windwehen. Upon speaking with Windwehen, troopers observed methamphetamine in plain view. Troopers then asked for and received consent to search the residence from Windwehen and the other adult residents, Michael Cummings and David Theriot. A search of the residence revealed approximately 4.4 grams of methamphetamine valued at $440.00; 26.2 grams of marijuana valued at $131.00 and 1 dosage unit of ecstasy valued at $30.00. In addition to the illegal narcotics discovered, troopers also seized $1121.00 in US currency, a Glock 17 9mm handgun, a Taurus 9mm handgun, an AMT 9mm handgun, and a Jennings .22 caliber handgun. Two other adults were visiting at the residence. They were Jared Theriot and Raynell Littleton. A consensual search of their vehicle led to the discovery of approximately 5.6 grams of methamphetamine valued at $560.00. Once the search was complete, all of the above subjects were arrested.
