TROOP C - NEWS RELEASE July 3, 2015 Unrestrained Houma Man Killed in Terrebonne Parish Crash Theriot, LA- Shortly before 3 am this morning, Troopers from Louisiana State Police Troop C began investigating a fatality crash that claimed the life of a 27 year old Houma man on Dr. Beatrous Road in Terrebonne Parish. The investigation revealed that a 1989 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling north on Dr. Beatrous Road. The Chevrolet was being driven by Marc Boudreaux (W/M age 27) of Houma, LA. The Chevrolet failed to negotiate a left curve on Dr. Beatrous Road and traveled off the right side of the roadway. Boudreaux overcorrected back to the left, causing the Chevrolet to rotate counter clockwise and overturn twice. Boudreaux, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead on the scene by the Terrebonne Parish Coroner’s Office.
