Troop B - NEWS RELEASE For Immediate Release Date: September 2, 2011 Investigators Need Help Locating Multiple Individuals For An Armed Robbery New Orleans: The Louisiana State Police Gaming Section’s New Orleans Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Violent Crimes Task Force, and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office Robbery Division is conducting a joint investigation of several individuals involved in a bank robbery at a Capital One Bank in Metairie. On August 26, 2011, at approximately 11:05 a.m., three armed suspects entered the Capital One Bank at 2200 North Causeway Boulevard in Metairie, LA pointing weapons at customers and ordering them to get on the floor. Money was demanded from the bank tellers and the suspects departed the bank with an undisclosed amount of money. The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Violent Crimes Task Force and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office Robbery Division is conducting the investigation of the armed robbery. Louisiana State Police Gaming Section is conducting the investigation for accessory after the fact to the armed robbery of the Capital One Bank and money laundering at an area Casino. Warrants have been issued for the following individuals: Kenneth Turner (B/M, 24, of New Orleans, LA), Tarnell Watson (B/M, 26, of New Orleans, LA), Edward Brown (B/M, 29, of New Orleans, LA), Glenn Cooks (B/M, 26, New Orleans, LA), Brian Hayes (B/M, 32, of New Orleans, LA), Kemichael Jones (B/M, 25, of New Orleans, LA), and Terrance Lodrig (B/M, 31 of New Orleans, LA).
