    · LA 39 on eastbank at Caernarvon Canal (Plaquemines Parish)
    · LA 3017 at Norman Street (Plaquemines Parish)

Road closure signs and barricades have been posted at all locations and citizens are urged to avoid the area if possible. All citizens are reminded to monitor the National Weather Service, local radio and television stations, or visit www.lsp.org to see the latest road closures.
