Edmonson, Superintendent TROOP B- NEWS RELEASE For Immediate Release Date: November 5, 2010 Man Arrested for Possession of Fraudulent Identification Troop B – This morning, shortly before 12:00 PM, Louisiana State Troopers assigned to the Bureau of Investigations Criminal Investigations Division responded to the Office of Motor Vehicles / Harvey Office after they received a complaint of an individual attempting to obtain a Louisiana Identification Card with fraudulent documents. Detectives identified Arturo Mulero (H/M, age 36) and found that he was in possession of a Puerto Rico driver’s license. The Puerto Rico license was verified as being fraudulent and Mulero was placed under arrest and charged with Unlawful Possession of Fraudulent Documents for Identification Purposes at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center.
