TROOP B - NEWS RELEASE June 18, 2014 Former Harrah’s Casino Black Jack Dealer Wanted for Cheating Orleans Parish – Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations Gaming Division – New Orleans secured five (5) arrest warrants for individuals accused of Cheating and Swindling at Harrah’s Casino New Orleans. Breana Lewis (B/F, age 24) of New Orleans, a former Black Jack dealer at Harrah’s Casino is currently wanted for Conspiracy to Commit Cheating and Swindling (2 counts) and Cheating and Swindling for the amount of $32, 022.50 (2 counts). The investigation began in May 2014 after detectives were notified by Harrah’s Casino Surveillance of possible cheating and swindling incidents at the Black Jack table. On two separate occasions, Lewis was observed awarding bets to four different casino patrons who appeared to personally know Lewis. The bets awarded were not winners and cost Harrah’s Casino a total of $32,022.50. The four (4) other individuals are identified below. Arrest warrants have been issued for each of them for Conspiracy to Commit Cheating and Swindling (2 counts) and Cheating and Swindling (2 counts).
