Livonia Man Arrested on Drug Charges Baton Rouge – Louisiana State Police Detectives working in Baton Rouge arrested John D. McDougall (W/M, age 27) of Livonia yesterday following a narcotics investigation. Detectives obtained a warrant for McDougall’s arrest in East Baton Rouge Parish based on their investigation and arrested him at his place of employment in Port Allen. He was booked into the West Baton Rouge Detention Center as a fugitive and then transported to the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail and booked on two counts of possession with intent to distribute Schedule II CDS drugs (Oxycontin and Roxicodone).
