613 2026-08-25 AG Murrill’s LBI Arrests Monroe Man on More Than 500 Counts of Child Sexual Abuse Material and Sexual Abuse of Animals

Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau ofInvestigation agents arrested a Monroe man on 430 counts of possession of childsexual abuse material and 88 counts of sexual abuse of animals.

Johnny Williams Jr., 35, of Brookwood Drive in Monroe, wasarrested August 25, 2026, and booked into the Ouachita Parish CorrectionalCenter on:

  • 430 counts of LA R.S. 14:81.1 – Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material
  • 88 counts of LA R.S. 14:89.3 – Sexual Abuse of Animals

The investigation began when Williams was found to be uploadingchild sexual abuse material and other illegal files from a residence in Monroe.Williams was arrested at his residence in Monroe on August 25 without incident.

The arrest was the result of a joint investigation involving theLouisiana Bureau of Investigation, Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office, OuachitaParish Sheriff’s Office, and West Monroe Police Department.

Bond has not yet been set.

The investigation isongoing.
