Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a Baton Rouge developer who is facing felony charges.

35-year-old Bradley Jarmall Brown, of Ross Street in Port Allen, was arrested on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, for the following violations:

• 1 Count(s) of 14:67 B1 - Theft over $25k (Felony)
• 3 Count(s) of 14:71.1 - Bank Fraud (Felony)
• 1 Count(s) of 14:70.8 - Illegal transmission of monetary funds (Felony)
• 1 Count(s) of 14:230 - Money Laundering (Felony)
• 1 Count(s) of 14:133 - Filing False Public Records (Felony)

Brown was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
