Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation (LBI) arrested a 20-year-old from New Orleans on numerous disturbing charges.

Walker Allen Sholar, of Bordeaux Street in New Orleans, was arrested on September 23, for violating:

• 2 Counts: LA RS 14:81.1 E(5)(a) - Pornography involving juveniles (under the age of thirteen)
• 8 Counts: 14:89.3 - Sexual Abuse of an Animal
• 1 count: 4:81.1(4)(a) - Production of Child Sexual Abuse Material under the age of thirteen (13)
• 1 count: 14:81.3-- Computer aided solicitation of a minor
• 1 count of 4:81.1 E(5)(a) - Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material under the age of thirteen (13)

Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with The Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit and the New Orleans Police Department.

Sholar was booked into New Orleans Central Lock-up.

His bond is pending assignment at this time.
