255 2025-03-27 Agents with AG Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrest Harvey man for Pornography Involving Juveniles

Agents with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested a Harvey man on March 25, 2025.

27-year-old Nerrie Joseph Borne Jr., of Irwin Kuntz Drive in Harvey, was arrested for violating:

  • LA R.S. 14:81.1 (Distribution of) Pornography Involving Juveniles under Age of Thirteen; 13 counts

Agents got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with The Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Archie was later transported to the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center and booked accordingly.  

No word on his bond information at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
