Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation agents arrested a woman from Convent on March 17, 2025.

24-year-old Destinee Anne Poche was arrested for violating:

  • 14 Counts - LA R.S. 14.81.1 (Possession of) Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of 13
  • 3 Counts - LA R.S. 14.81.1 (Distribution of) Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of 13

This arrest was the result of a joint investigation with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit, Homeland Security Investigations, and the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Poche was booked into the St. James Parish Jail.

Her bond information is unknown at this time.
