BATON ROUGE, LA– Today, Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry released the full transcript of the deposition of Brian Scully, which was taken on January 12, 2023. The deposition was taken as part of Louisiana and Missouri's lawsuit against the federal government and the Biden Administration for colluding with social media companies to censor speech.

"Mr. Scully's deposition in unbelievable; at least six CISA officials worked in shifts days, nights, and weekends to report election 'misinformation/disinformation' to social media platforms with the expectation that they take action to censor speech on their platforms," said Attorney General Landry. "I will continue fighting  to uncover the widespread and systematic collusion between Big Tech and Big Government to censor Americans."
