BATON ROUGE, LA - Today, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled in favor of Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry - affirming the preliminary injunction against Joe Biden's COVID-19 shot mandate for federal contractors. In response to the ruling, Attorney General Landry issued the following statement:

“Today is a victory for freedom. We will continue to stand up against the Biden Administration’s abuses of power that threaten us now and in the future."
