BATON ROUGE, LA - Today, the Louisiana Supreme Court denied June Medical’s supervisory writ in their challenge to the State's pro-life laws. In response to that decision, Attorney General Jeff Landry issued the following statement:

“The Louisiana Supreme Court has denied June Medical’s writ. Abortion remains illegal in Louisiana. I am pleased with the Court’s decision and will continue fighting to end this legal circus.”
